We aim to provide high-quality organic products. However, in case of any issues, please refer to our policy below:
Order Cancellation:
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Refund Policy:
- Refunds are applicable in case of:
- Damaged or defective product
- Incorrect item delivered
- Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with proper images.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, products once delivered cannot be returned unless damaged.
Refund Process:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
